Queens value club rebounding with better dancers and affordable VIP.

G2000 is a genuine neighborhood strip club in Long Island City with no pretense—the kind of place where you can spend a few hours and a modest amount of money without pressure. Reviewers consistently note it's rebounding from a COVID slump, with a more consistent roster and better dancer quality than a few years back. The stage setup is central and intimate (rectangular bar with island stage), and the vibe is genuinely relaxed on weekdays. It's not glamorous, but it delivers what it promises: affordable topless performances and a real crowd.

How this is scored
55/100

Spacious but half-empty layout; safe Sunnyside location, five min from 7 train.

The room is large but inefficiently used—the main action centers on the bar and stage, while the rest sits mostly empty with leftover furniture. Located in Sunnyside, Queens, just off Queens Boulevard and a five-minute walk from the 7 train, it's easy to reach and feels safe, though the immediate neighborhood is quiet and residential. Parking is street-level (metered and free spots available). The layout gives off a vintage bar vibe rather than a nightclub feel, which some find charming and others find dated.

Relaxed, friendly staff; no-frills bar setup with decent cleanliness.

Service speed is casual rather than slick, matching the neighborhood-bar atmosphere. Cleanliness is decent; restrooms and bar are regularly maintained.

Cheap drinks ($10–$12 beers as of 2025 reviews); skip food.

No real food program—occasional specials (burgers, fries) mentioned in one recent review. Drinks are genuinely cheap: beers run $10–$12, mixed drinks around $10–$15 (as of 2025 reviews). Bottled beer is safer than rail drinks (some reviewers report watered-down cocktails). No cigars, hookah, or bottle service focus. This is a beer-and-tip-parade spot, not a food or bottle destination.

Mostly Latina roster improving; VIP rooms ($100/15 min, ~2025) now the draw.

The roster is mostly Latina (Dominican, Colombian, Puerto Rican, with some Eastern European and Black dancers). Reviewers note a recent influx of younger Colombian women and improved consistency compared to a few years back. Talent ranges from 5–7 out of 10 in attractiveness; some are polished, others less so. The real draw now is VIP: $100 for 15 minutes in a small private booth with curtain, $200 for 30 minutes (as of 2025 reviews). Floor dances are $30 but rarely happen; the tip parade at the bar is constant. Language barriers with some dancers (Google Translate moments reported). Professionalism is mixed—some are engaging, others check phones between sets.

Bachelor Party Banger I took my crew to Gallaghers 2000 for a wild night and we were not disappointed. The drinks were cheap and the dancers were hot, especially the Latina girls. We splurged on a VIP room and it was worth every penny.
60/100 SW score
Nothing to Write Home About I've been going to Gallaghers for years and it's just not the same since the pandemic. The talent quality is hit or miss and the atmosphere feels more like a dive bar than a strip club. That being said, the VIP rooms are still a great value.
50/100 SW score
Not Impressed I stopped by Gallaghers with some friends and were underwhelmed. The club feels old and run down, and the dancers didn't impress us. The only bright spot was the affordable drinks, but even those couldn't save the night.
