Staff doesn't care, place is filthy.

The staff is checked out. Door service, bar service, respect, safety, cleanliness—all terrible. The place is filthy, the bartenders move slow and don't care, and there's no sense anyone wants you there. You'll feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in.

Overpriced garbage, drinks are weak.

The kitchen and bar are both disasters. Drink prices, bottle prices, food quality, food price—everything is overpriced garbage. The drinks are weak, the food is bad, and you're paying premium prices for bottom-shelf experience. Eat before you come, and stick to beer.

No talent, no professionalism, no reason to stay.

Zero talent, zero professionalism. Talent quality, appearance, interaction, professionalism, dance value—all dead. The women on stage aren't invested, the energy is flat, and there's no reason to tip or book a dance. This is the worst part of a bad night.

Solid spot for a bachelor weekend Took my buddies here for a bachelor party and it was a good time. The two-level setup is nice—we grabbed the VIP lounge upstairs and had plenty of space. Dancers are into it, drinks flow, and the coney dogs actually hit the spot at 2am. Only downside is parking is tight and the lighting's brighter than we expected, but that's not really a complaint.
50/100 SW score
Been better, been worse I've hit Nightshift a handful of times now. The place is clean enough and the staff keeps things running smooth, but it feels a bit sterile compared to other clubs. The volume's kept low because of the neighborhood, which I get, but it kills the energy. Coney dogs are a weird flex but honestly kind of gross. For $20 a song, I expect more polish.
60/100 SW score
Not what I expected, but okay First time at a strip club and honestly it was awkward but not terrible. The upstairs VIP lounge looked nice from a distance, though I wasn't dropping that kind of money. Girls were professional, bartender was cool. Main thing that threw me off was how bright it is in there—feels more like a gym than a club. Also struggled to find parking, which wasn't great after a few drinks.
