Overpriced junk with a few decent drinks.

The food at the Peppermint Hippo Reno is overpriced and unimpressive, but the drink selection is somewhat redeeming. While the prices are steep, the bartenders know their stuff and can whip up a decent cocktail. Just don't order the food.

Bachelorette Bash We rolled into Peppermint Hippo Reno at 2 AM with a crew of 12, and the private VIP room was a lifesaver. The drinks were reasonably priced and the dancers were top-notch. The only downside was the parking situation, but that's not Peppermint's fault.

Mixed Bag I've been to Peppermint Hippo Reno a few times, and I love the variety of amenities they offer – the private booths are a great touch. However, the atmosphere can be a bit hit-or-miss, and the drinks can be pricey. Overall, it's a solid spot, but not my go-to.

Not Impressed I stopped by Peppermint Hippo Reno on a whim, but was underwhelmed by the whole experience. The dancers were attractive, but the private rooms were cramped and overpriced. The drink affordability metric is spot on – $15 for a beer is not cool.
