All-around disaster.

The St. James is a mess, with nothing that stands out. The low scores across the board suggest a lack of attention to detail. Unless you're desperate, there are better options in Houston.

Friendly staff can't save the mediocrity.

The staff is friendly and respectful, but the service is slow and the value is questionable. It's like they're trying to make up for the lack of quality with quantity. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience, this might not be the place.

Overpriced drinks and decent food, but that's not enough.

The food is decent, but the prices are outrageous. The drinks are even worse, with a terrible selection and sky-high prices. If you're a foodie, you might find something to like, but don't expect to be blown away. And don't even get me started on the cigar and hookah selection.

Talented dancers in a forgettable setting.

The dancers are talented, but the setting feels forgettable. The appearance style is unremarkable, and the interaction with the performers is lackluster. If you're looking for a wild night, you might find something to like, but it's not going to be a memorable experience.

Birthday Bash I hit up The St. James with my crew for my birthday, and we had an absolute blast. Drinks were strong, dancers were on point, and the atmosphere was electric. Only complaint was the private dance room fee, but that's to be expected. Definitely worth the $25 cover charge.
70/100 SW score
Mixed Bag I've been to The St. James a few times, and it's always a mixed bag. The dancers are talented, but the crowd can be a bit rough. Drinks are overpriced, but the private dance rooms are a nice touch. Not my go-to spot, but it's okay for a night out.
50/100 SW score
Not Impressed I stopped by The St. James on a whim, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the atmosphere felt a bit seedy, and the dancers seemed disinterested. The lap dance prices were also pretty steep. Not my cup of tea, and I won't be back.
